Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on order value and delivery location.
- Many orders may qualify for free shipping during offers or above a minimum order value.
- Any applicable charge is shown clearly before you complete payment.
We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay). Cash on Delivery is not available.
Delivery Address
- Please enter a complete and correct address with PIN code while ordering.
- Include landmark, house/flat number, and a reachable mobile number.
- Orders cannot be redirected once shipped. For address issues, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
How Your Order is Processed
- Order placed — Payment successful and order confirmed.
- Packed — Item is checked and packed securely.
- Shipped — Handed over to our courier partner.
- Out for delivery — On the way to your address.
- Delivered — Order received by you or an available family member.
Track Your Shipment
Use our Track Order page
with the name and mobile number used at checkout to see your order status.
For courier tracking details, message us on WhatsApp after the order is marked as shipped.
Delays & Issues
- Festivals, strikes, natural events, or courier disruptions can delay delivery.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, contact us with your Order ID.
- If the package looks damaged on arrival, take photos and contact us within 24–48 hours before accepting if possible.
Returns Related to Shipping
Damaged, defective, or wrong items can be returned as per our
Return Policy
(within 7 days of delivery). Return pickup is free when the issue is from our side.
